Freshness, Delivery & Refund Policy
Notice Period: We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice when placing an order for funeral floral tributes.
Perishable Goods & Cancellations: Due to the fresh, bespoke nature of our flowers, all sales are final. Cancellations or refunds are not permitted once preparation begins or within 72 hours of the delivery date.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute stems with flowers of equal or greater value based on seasonal availability.
Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery for funeral tributes within Oxfordshire only.
Quality Issues: Any quality or condition concerns must be reported with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
